Twitter is becoming a huge hit with people of all ages in society today. First came Myspace and then Facebook, but it seems as though Twitter has become the next big thing. I decided to create a YouTube video about how to create and manage your very own Twitter account.

If you are reading this post, you can work a computer which means you are halfway to your goal of tweeting about the wonders of your life, or the blunders of your life (whichever you so choose to share with your followers). The next step is to go to www.twitter.com; this will take you to the Twitter homepage.

Twitter is a great way to keep in touch with old friends, find out what your favorite celebrities are up to, and even make some new friends. Twitter allows people to post updates about whatever they would like, along with photos and videos and even allows people to repost things you have posted or you can repost something that someone else has posted. On Twitter you can also favorite a post, which is one more thing that makes Twitter unique. If you like a post that you saw but do not want to repost it then you can simply favorite it. Retweeting a post through Twitter is the same as sharing a post through Facebook. Also, if you favorite a post on Twitter it would be equivalent to liking a post on Facebook.

The link below will take you to my YouTube page that has a video that talks specifically about which steps to take in order to create and manage your Twitter account. It only takes about 5 to 10 minutes to create a Twitter account and once it is created, posting, retweeting and finding a post to favorite are simple. The site is easily navigated and fairly simple to understand by people of all ages.
